Customers may cancel presale orders for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
