Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1. Shipping to Canada We offer tiered shipping rates based on your location and order total (before taxes).

• Standard Provinces (AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NS, ON, PE, QC, SK):
  • Orders over $60 CAD: FREE Shipping (2-8 business days)
  • Orders under $60 CAD: $6.00 Flat Rate (2-8 business days)

• Remote Territories (YT, NT, NU):
  • Orders over $60 CAD: $5.00 Subsidized Rate (6-12 business days)
  • Orders under $60 CAD: $11.00 Flat Rate (6-12 business days)

2. Shipping to the United States We ship to all 50 states.

• All US locations:
  • Orders over $60 USD: FREE Shipping (2-8 business days)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (US Orders) We believe in keeping things simple and predictable. For all orders shipping to the United States, The Neuro Standard covers all applicable duties, tariffs, and import taxes.

The total you pay at checkout is the final amount. You will never be asked to pay extra charges at the door, regardless of your location.

Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, or if you have not received your package within 12 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@theneurostandard.com.
